Joe Cool Cigar is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your purchase within 60 days of the ship date. No questions asked! No restocking fees!

Email michelle@joecoolcigar.com with your order number to receive your return authorization number and she will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label.

Once the return has reached our fulfillment center we will issue you a refund or exchange within 48 hours. We’ll follow up with an email to you confirming your refund or tracking number for an exchange.
